We offer HIPPA compliant virtual sessions and some of our clinicians offer in person sessions.
Set goals and achieve growth at your own pace. We can offer homework, insight and non-biased advice.
Our practice does not accept insurance. We can accept HSA payments, as well as supply clients with superbills to submit to insurance companies that offer reimbursement.
Health insurance typically only covers medically necessary behavioral healthcare for the treatment of diagnosable psychiatric conditions.
We are focused on personal growth and positive change — not diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions. Our approach is proactive, positive and strengths-based, not focused on illness and psychopathology.
All sessions are 55 minutes with longer sessions offered by request.

Most of our clinicians offer in person sessions! All of our clinicians offer virtual session via Telehealth, which is a HIPPA compliant virtual platform.
We pride ourselves on proactive and preventative approaches to counseling. We are passionate about enhancing and deepening your relationships. We approach counseling with a modern approach, using our authenticity, humor and coaching techniques, blended with traditional counseling.
If appointments need to be cancelled we ask that you give your specific therapist 48 hour notice. Non-emergency cancellations will be billed the entire session amount.

Depending on which therapist you wish to work with, waitlists can be anywhere from 2-12 weeks. Fill out a contact form and we will direct you to the appropriate therapist who can answer all of your questions about their availability!
1. No Diagnosis Is Required:
Services are not contingent upon a diagnosis. Insurance companies require a diagnosis in order to receive financial reimbursement for counseling.
2. Your Privacy Is Protected:
Insurance companies require information about their clients’ diagnosis, qualifying symptoms, and work in counseling. Bypassing insurance companies allows strict confidentiality. No information is shared with anyone.
3. Service And Time Frame Are Your Decision:
The type of service you need and the time frame in which it is provided is a decision made between the partners in the therapy process, based on direct experience, rather than an insurance company deciding the amount and level of coverage.
