I need help. I have been in a relationship with a my boyfriend for about 9 months. I’m in my teens and it’s very rare for me to be in a relationship that has lasted this long. We are both interested in a future together but things keep getting in the way of our happiness. He spends most his time talking to me about this other girl who has recently became one of his very close friends. They stay up very late every night and text. He texts her when we’re together. And it makes me feel very insecure. I have told him multiple times that it hurts my feelings that this friendship takes away from my time with him. Am I being crazy and jealous? He normally hides his texts from now when he texts her and I don’t understand how he doesn’t see how this makes me upset. He knows I’m insecure and our relationship has not been the same since he started talking to her. He has become very distant since and it makes me sad what should I do?

I think communication and understanding is very important for a healthy relationship. Best way to solve any problem is talking about it and working it out with your partner. You can never come to any conclusion if there is lack of communication. A successful relationship is something that everyone’s want but hardly anyone knows what actually a successful relationship is. This blog is really helpful. It is quite good and well written.
